Cryogenic OGS is a globally approved sub-vendor to companies including Emerson, Honeywell, ABB, Yokogawa and Endress+Hauser, with end users spanning Schlumberger, Dangote, Honeywell Nigeria, Honeywell USA and Chemitech Malta, among others.
We are not a trading house, a local agent, or a newly formed entity with no track record. Cryogenic OGS Middle East FZE is the region’s direct commercial and contract-execution presence for an established, listed Indian manufacturer — engineered in Vadodara and executed locally in the UAE.

The Hybrid Manufacturing Model
Our hybrid model is not a fixed template — it is a configurable supply framework shaped around each project.
The split of activities between India and the UAE is determined by the project’s ICV target, approved vendor list, delivery schedule and budget constraints, and we present the optimal combination for each engagement.
What happens in the UAE (execution scope)
Fabrication, installation and site-specific activities are executed at our UAE fabricator facility under the direct supervision of a resident Cryogenic OGS QC engineer, with the scope agreed at contract stage based on ICV needs and project specifics — including structural steel fabrication, piping spooling and welding, painting and coating, instrument and valve installation, cable and wiring work, third-party inspection, and factory acceptance testing witnessed in the UAE.
Procurement flexibility — India or UAE, your choice
We are equally comfortable procuring from India or the UAE. If a project’s approved vendor list requires a specific Indian manufacturer, we source from India. If the ICV target requires UAE-registered suppliers, we source locally. If a combination achieves the best outcome, we structure it that way — this flexibility is a deliberate part of our model.
